Six years ago, we opened our doors hoping people would show up. You all did and have continued to make OCB a place where people feel cared for and welcomed.
This July 10th, 100% of sales that comes through your location's doors goes back to you. This bonus will be distributed based on hours worked July 3rd–16th, so everyone who's been part of this season is included—and it hits your check on July 23rd as a bonus, on top of your normal pay.
A few things worth knowing: this is location-specific, so HHI keeps HHI's and SAV keeps SAV's. And if you're hoping to add hours before the period closes, we are open doing another staff cleaning day! Just add a bubble emoji below 🫧 so we can gauge the interest. We also have some mobile bar events coming up, so DM us if you’re interested in those hours as well.
This is our small way of saying: we see you, we're grateful, and we wouldn't want to do this with anyone else. 🫶
Y’all are about to bring so much delight to the bar with the Birthday Cake Cold Foam that is being served up the weekend of OCB’s birthday. Friday, July 10th, through Sunday, July 12th, we’ll be offering a Birthday Cake Cold Foam (complete with sprinkles) that Anthony and Jill baked up to go with any iced bev. Oh, and we’ll have cinnamon rolls complete with birthday candles and sprinkles from our friends at Auspicious! 🎂
Leadership isn't about being in charge—it's about taking care of the people. That's the lens Isaac and Lucas are leading from, and I want you to understand what that looks like day to day.
Our Senior Leads are your first point of contact for anything around scheduling, availability, or coverage. If something's off with your hours or you need help finding coverage last minute, that's Lucas & Isaac.
They’re also taking more ownership of weekly inventory ordering going forward, and are there to help close training gaps, so if you're feeling unsure about something you haven't been fully trained on, loop them in.
Thursdays are their admin day. Off bar, heads down on the scheduling and details that keep the week running smooth. It's not a day off from the team. It's a day fully in service of it.
If you need something, they're the resource built to help and set you up for success.
