<aside> 👋🏻
Welcome back to The Update; a semi-regular team update newsletter keeping everyone in the loop about what we're working on, where we're headed, what's changing, and why.
Six issues in, still going. This one covers health insurance for full-time leads (with a deadline), extended Hilton Head hours, holiday dates, what the roasting team brought home from Minnesota, two blends that give back, Joy Hour, and the real reason cups and lids keep going rogue. 🌚
Here's the latest. 🤟

Full-time leads are eligible for our health insurance plan. If you're interested, make sure you sign up by November 1st.
Leads, plan options have been sent to the email y’all have associated with Toast; vision and dental add-ons are available if you want them. If something in the options doesn't make sense, ask me, Jill, or Elise before the deadline, not after.
We're still in the running for Best of Georgia, and your ten seconds a day make a real difference. You can vote once a day, so make it part of your routine alongside your morning coffee. Voting ends October 31st!

Send the link to friends and anyone who's had a great morning with us. Guests have already put us on the map locally. This is a chance to show the rest of Georgia what this team has built.
Starting Sunday, November 1st, Hilton Head will be open 7 AM to 4 PM every day, with brunch served until 3 PM. That matches our Savannah café exactly, so both locations now keep the same hours.
This change comes straight from our guests. People on the island have been asking for more time with us, and we want to be there for our neighbors—whether they're stopping in for a morning coffee, a late brunch, or a reason to slow down in the afternoon. Thank you to the Hilton Head team for what you've built. You've made this possible.
